Too many pistachios

I had a late (9pm!) dinner yesterday, and I didn’t have to. So that was an avoidable mistake right there.Then to make matters worse I did the thing where I put Netflix on while I ate dinner, another mistake. That led to mindless eating, so when I finished dinner the show wasn’t done. So mindlessly I went grazing in the kitchen, found an unopened bag of pistachios, and proceeded to eat far too many right out of the bag while watching the show.Tomorrow is an opportunity to do better. Progress not perfection.
