Last week I challenged myself to go 1 week without eating junk food. That’s tough for me because I have soooo much counterproductive momentum from years of yo-yo dieting.
But I did it. For me a big part of it is keeping it out of the house. I did the thing where you go shopping after you’ve eaten. I was way less tempted to fill up the cart with the usual suspect chips and crackers and cookie or three.
7 day streak. Now I’m challenging myself to do it again this week. 💪
