I was super productive today. Got lots of work done.
But 8:45pm rolled around, and I started
to get cravings for an evening snack.
The thing is I wasn’t even hungry. I had dinner hours ago. But I still got the craving. Years and years of habits aren’t that easily broken.
I’ve started posting short form videos when I get cravings. It’s helpful for me to talk through the cravings when they arrive. Usually, by the time I’m finished posting, the craving has passed.
And what do you know? I made a better decision. Skipped the evening snack.
